libheif.js and libheif.wasm are the unmodified browser build of libheif from the
libheif-js package, version 1.23.5 (https://www.npmjs.com/package/libheif-js,
source: https://github.com/catdad-experiments/libheif-js).

They contain libheif 1.23.5 (https://github.com/strukturag/libheif) and the
libde265 HEVC decoder (https://github.com/strukturag/libde265), both licensed
under the GNU Lesser General Public License, version 3. The full licence texts
(LGPL-3.0 and the GPL-3.0 it builds on) are in LICENSE in this folder.

The HEIC to JPG converter on tools.nookbyte.app loads these files at run time,
only when the browser cannot open a HEIC photo by itself. You may replace them
with your own build of the same interface.
